1. This is for use in creating artwork for the CD. ( Up to 4-colors may be silk screened on the disc)

2. These are the Jewel Case templates for the 2-panel cover (4/0) and the Tray Card for back of CD case.

3. This is the template for creating artwork for orders 500 or less. See pricing options for Thermal print, Paper Label or high quality Everest priint. Image and copy for disc will be thermal print.

4. This is the standard Intelectual Property Rights Form (IPR) that must be co,mpleted and submitted prior to duplication.
